This is an exploration of textures and time.

The power station at White River is amazing to visit. It’s an old hydroelectric station that has been derelict for many years. It’s full of textures and contrasting angles.

Whenever I find old machinery, I try to get an interesting picture if I have a camera with me. The old engine block—again, textures, geometry, angles, and shadows.

Antique machinery from the train museum is a wonder of contrasts and surfaces.

I will probably always take pictures of rusty old things if I can find them, so there may be some additions over the years to this one.
